Thelma W. Wall Memorial Library

In 2018, JCEF established the Thelma W. Wall Memorial Library as a Free Little Library located on East Rose Street in Smithfield behind the West Campus Office Building of Johnston County Public Schools.  Mrs. Wall was a former JCEF board member.
